I am getting a message saying that my report may not be viewed on this site. What do I do?
There are some reports that contain information which is exempt from disclosure under the Georgia Open Records Act. In order to obtain a copy of a report that is not available online, please contact us or call us at (770) 929-4207. Provided reports will be redacted in
accordance with applicable state law and case law.
The site is telling me that my report has not been approved. What do I do?
Please allow three days for reports to be approved and ready on the system. If it has been more than three days since you filed your report, contact us or call us at (770) 929-4207. We will be glad to assist you further.
I am getting a message that says "Security check failed. Please enter valid information for all fields".
Make sure you are entering the following information in the correct formats:
Case Number (format is 00-000000)
Driver's License Number (format is 000000000)
Tag Number (You must enter your tag number with no spaces. For example. If your tag number is 999 ABE, you will need to enter it into the web form as 999ABE).
